GENESIS OF SOILS

Soil genesis, commonly termed pedogenesis, is the complex process by which soils are formed. This ongoing transformation involves the interaction of numerous influences, including atmospheric conditions, topography, parent material, vegetation, and time. These factors operate in a coordinated manner to construct the physical, chemical, and biologic
